The Modern Agriculture Foundation (MAF) is proud to introduce When Alternative Proteins Meet Culinary Arts, an initiative aimed at educating Israel's future culinary leaders about the importance of alternative proteins for human health, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.

This project will deliver innovative vegan cooking workshops that immerse culinary students and aspiring chefs in the art and science of alternative protein cooking.

 

Through education, hands-on experience, and creative recipe development, participants will be empowered to integrate sustainable practices into their culinary journeys, inspiring broader public adoption of alternative proteins.

Cost: A symbolic participation fee of 30 NIS only.
